"*Temple Run 2*" is an "endless running"video game. A sequel to the original game, it was released on January 17, 2013 on the App Store for iOS It was later released on Google Play for Android devices on January 24, 2013. A version for Windows Phone is currently under development, although the release date has not been announced.






Gameplay :

Temple Run 2 features the same controls and plot as its predecessor, however introduces new obstacles, includingziplines, mine tracks, sharper turns, waterfalls, and flames of fire. The game is set in a new location which seems to be based off of eastern temples, and sees the main character moving at a faster pace. There are four characters for the player to select from. The game also features new power-ups. Players now have the ability to save the protagonist from death with the help of green gems that are collected while running or purchased online. The three monkeys that chased the character in the original game have been eliminated, with a singular enlarged monkey called Cuchanck now becoming the antagonist of the game.

Subway Surfers is an "endless running" mobile game co-developed by Kiloo, a private company based in Denmark and SYBO Games. Angry Birds is a video game franchise created by Finnish computer game developer Rovio Entertainment. The BitTorrent protocol can be used to reduce the server and network impact of distributing large files. Rather than downloading a file from a single source server, the BitTorrent protocol allows users to join a "swarm" of hosts to download and upload from each other simultaneously. The protocol is an alternative to the older single source, multiple mirror sources technique for distributing data, and can work over networks with lower bandwidth so many small computers, like mobile phones, are able to efficiently distribute files to many recipients. A user who wants to upload a file first creates a small torrent descriptor file that they distribute by conventional means (web, email, etc.). They then make the file itself available through a BitTorrent node acting as a seed . Those with the torrent descriptor file can give it to their own BitTorrent nodes which, acting as peers or leechers , download it by connecting to the seed and/or other peers. The file being distributed is divided into segments called pieces . As each peer receives a new piece of the file it becomes a source (of that piece) for other peers, relieving the original seed from having to send that piece to every computer or user wishing a copy. With BitTorrent, the task of distributing the file is shared by those who want it; it is entirely possible for the seed to send only a single copy of the file itself and eventually distribute to an unlimited number of peers. Each piece is protected by a cryptographic hash contained in the torrent descriptor. [7] This ensures that any modification of the piece can be reliably detected, and thus prevents both accidental and malicious modifications of any of the pieces received at other nodes. If a node starts with an authentic copy of the torrent descriptor, it can verify the authenticity of the entire file it receives. Pieces are typically downloaded non-sequentially and are rearranged into the correct order by the BitTorrent Client, which monitors which pieces it has, can upload to other peers and which it needs. Pieces are of the same size throughout a single download (for example a 10 MB file may be transmitted as ten 1 MB Pieces or as forty 256 KB Pieces). Due to the nature of this approach, the download of any file can be halted at any time and be resumed at a later date, without the loss of previously downloaded information, which in turn makes BitTorrent particularly useful in the transfer of larger files. This also enables the client to seek out readily available pieces and download them immediately, rather than halting the download and waiting for the next (and possibly unavailable) piece in line, which typically reduces the overall length of the download. When a peer completely downloads a file, it becomes an additional seed. This eventual shift from peers to seeders determines the overall "health" of the file (as determined by the number of times a file is available in its complete form). The distributed nature of BitTorrent can lead to a flood like spreading of a file throughout many peer computer nodes. As more peers join the swarm, the likelihood of a complete successful download by any particular node increases. Relative to traditional Internet distribution schemes, this permits a significant reduction in the original distributor's hardware and bandwidth resource costs. Distributed downloading protocols in general provide redundancy against system problems, reduces dependence on the original distributor[8] and provides sources for the file which are generally transient and therefore harder to trace by those who would block distribution compared to the situation provided by limiting availability of the file to a fixed host machine (or even several). One such example of BitTorrent being used to reduce the distribution cost of file transmission is in the BOINC Client-Server system. If a BOINC distributed computing application needs to be updated (or merely sent to a user) it can be done so with little impact on the BOINC Server.

Voxer Walkie Talkie In May 2011, the company launched Voxer Walkie Talkie on Apple's iOS operating system.
The free app utilizes a number of patents and technology around its live streaming voice service to create a
 "push-to-talk" product that makes all communication live.  The app has been described "as being similar to the Nextel walkie talkie phones, except it lets users listen to messages at their convenience and talk one-to-one with other users." The app also allows users to send text messages and photos and has a location feature that allows users to see on a map where other users are
 located when they send a message. In November 2011, after launching
 a version of the app on the Android operating system, Voxer Walkie

 In an interview with TechCrunch, Gustaf Alstromer, the company's head of growth, explained that users in Cleveland adopted the technology first, followed by users in other cities in the Midwestern United States. The company attributes its viral success to word of mouth and "a variety of best practices going for tracking
 clickthroughs, conversions, and overall usage, using third parties like Mixpanel as well as its in-house
systems."  As of April 2012, monthly, unique users numbered in the double-digit millions.  In a video interview with the Wall Street Journal and All Things Digital , Katis also claimed Voxer's widespread adoption was in part due to the company's cross platform roll out on iOS and Android. This cross platform
 functionality allows users on different operating systems to communicate using the app which
 created a viral loop. Today, the company has users across the world with an especially high user base in the United States , Mexico , Canada, Germany , England, Saudi Arabia , Brazil and Asia. Voxer Walkie Talkie was among the top 25 social networking apps in more than 60 markets, according to the app tracking website App Annie.

 The service works over WiFi, 3G, 4G, and EDGE.  As of April 2012, the company has 35 employees and is headquartered in downtown San Francisco. The company's employees comes from a variety of backgrounds and companies including Danger , Android, Twitter, and Apple . Katis said that the next steps for Voxer are to continue to improve  the app, roll out functionality on other platforms and to create an
enterprise-level product with additional features and administrative rights that can be used for governments, hospitals  corporations and other large organizations.

Microsoft Office 2010 (also called Office 2010 and Office 14) is the current iteration of the Microsoft Office productivity suite for Microsoft Windows, and the successor to Microsoft Office 2007. Office 2010 includes extended file format support, user interface updates, and a changed user experience. A 64-bit version of Office 2010  is available, although not for Windows XP or Windows Server 2003.

On April 15, 2010, Office 2010 was released to manufacturing. The suite became available for retail and online purchase on June 15, 2010. Office 2010 is the first version to require product activation for volume license editions.

Office 2010 marks the debut of free online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, which work in the web browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but not Opera. Office Starter 2010, a new edition of Office, replaced the low-end home productivity software, Microsoft Works.

Microsoft's update to its mobile productivity suite, Office Mobile 2010, will also be released for Windows Phones running Windows Mobile 6.5 and Windows Phone 7. In Office 2010, every application features the ribbon, including Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, InfoPath, SharePoint Workspace (previously known as Groove), and the new Office Web Apps.

As of December 31, 2011, almost 200 million licenses of Office 2010 have been sold.

Office 2010 will be the last version of Microsoft Office with support for Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista due to the upcoming Office 2013 requiring Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows RT.


Development started in 2007 while Microsoft was finishing work on Office 12, released as Microsoft Office 2007. The version number 13 was skipped because of the fear of the number 13. It was previously thought that Office 2010 (then called Office 14) would ship in the first half of 2009.

On January 10, 2009, screenshots of an Office 2010 alpha build were leaked by a tester.

On April 15, 2009, Microsoft confirmed that Office 2010 would be released in the first half of 2010. They announced on May 12, 2009, at a Tech Ed event, a trial version of the 64-bit edition. The Technical Preview 1 (Version: 14.0.4006.1010) was leaked on May 15, 2009.

An internal post-beta build was leaked on July 12, 2009. This was newer than the official preview build and included a "Limestone" internal test application. On July 13, 2009 Microsoft announced Office 2010 at its Worldwide Partner Conference 2009.

On July 14, 2009, Microsoft started to send out invitations on Microsoft Connect to test an official preview build of Office 2010. On August 30, 2009, the beta build 4417 was leaked on the internet via torrents.

The public beta was available to subscribers of TechNet, MSDN and Microsoft Connect users on November 16, 2009. On November 18, 2009, the beta was officially released to the general public at the Microsoft Office Beta website, which was originally launched by Microsoft on November 11, 2009 to provide screenshots of the new office suite. Office 2010 Beta was a free, fully functional version and expired on October 31, 2010.

In an effort to help customers and partners with deployment of Office 2010, Microsoft launched an Office 2010 application compatibility program with tools and guidance available for download. On February 5, 2010, the official release candidate build 4734.1000 was available to Connect and MSDN testers. It was leaked to torrent sites. A few days after, the RTM Escrow build was leaked.

Microsoft announced the RTM on April 15, 2010 and that the final version was to have speech technologies for use with text to speech in Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Office 2010 was to be originally released to business customers on May 12, 2010, however it was made available to Business customers with Software Assurance on April 27, 2010 and to other Volume Licensing Customers on May 1. MSDN and TechNet subscribers have been able to download the RTM version since April 22, 2010. The RTM version number was 14.0.4760.1000.

On June 15, 2010, Office 2010 was released to retail customers.

On November 17, 2010, Microsoft sent out invitations to a select number of testers at the Microsoft Connect portal to test a beta build of Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1). The final version was released to the public on June 28, 2011 with a version number of 14.0.6023.1000.
